IGL Transcription Services has made a niche out of general transcription services.  I "specialized" in general transcription to keep costs for such general needs to a minimum for my customers.  Because I refer projects that require specialized skills like medical, legal, and highly technical transcription to affiliates in the area, I can offer my services at a lower price while also serving those specialized needs by referral to trusted and trustworthy affiliates.

 

I started doing this by referral several years ago so that higher end transcribers could do work for their own customers who really needed those specialized skills while serving customers who needed general transcription but would rather not pay for specialized skills.  So now, it's turned into a small, mutual referral network.
